At the beginning of April 2016 Peter Verdi's Magnetic Scrolls Chronicles website went offline. So far all my attempts to contact Peter failed. His site carried some invaluable interviews with former Magnetic Scrolls people. To preserve the work I temporarily uploaded a dump of his site taken in summer of 2015. All you can see below is 100% Peter's work! Hopefully his site will reappear soon! Peter, if you read this, can you contact me?

News Update 2 - June 20, 2008

Fellow Kerovnians!

It's interview time at the Magnetic Scrolls Chronicles!

Phil South, co-author of "Fish!", was kind enough to agree to do an exclusive interview for the Magnetic Scrolls Chronicles. If you want to read all about Phil's memories on his time working for Magnetic Scrolls and the making of "Fish!", head right over to the articles section of the Magnetic Scrolls Chronicles or follow this link which will take you directly to the interview.

A huge "Thank You" goes out to Phil South for taking the time to answer all of my questions!

Well then, fellow Kerovnians, happy reading! If you want to share your thoughts on the interview, I invite you to either send me an e-mail or post them on the Message Board. Your comments are, as always, very appreciated.

Until the next update!

News Update - June 11, 2008

Fellow Kerovnians!

It's update time at the Magnetic Scrolls Chronicles - this time it's the Legacy pages. Find out (almost) everything there is to know about the last Magnetic Scrolls game by heading to the "The Legacy - Realm Of Terror" game-pages.

In other news - the message board seems to be down for good. I am currently looking into some new board software, but it'll take a little longer than I thought until a message board will be available again. However, comments can still be sent to this e-mail address. They are most welcome and I will certainly try to reply to all of your comments.

Again I apologise for any inconvenience the broken message board may have caused, but unfortunately this is out of my hands. Like I said, I am working on a solution - in the meantime I hope you'll enjoy the latest update.

UPDATE: The Message Board is online again! Here's hoping that it'll stay this way ...

News Update - June 3, 2008

Fellow Kerovnians!

It seems that the message board has unfortunately been down for a few days now and can at the moment not be accessed. If this condition continues to persist, I will take a look into using a different message board software for the website. I deeply apologise for any inconvenience and will try to find a solution for the problem fast.

Another update is coming your way. I am proud to announce that the "Magnetic Scrolls Collection Volume One" section is officially open. As usual you'll find stuff like goodie scans, articles, reviews, screenshots, etc. for your reading and exploring pleasure by either using the navbar to the left, or by following this link.

Enjoy the update!

News Update - May 21, 2008

Fellow Kerovnians!

I have added a few desktop wallpapers to the "Downloads" section of the Magnetic Scrolls Chronicles. They currently only come in a resolution of 1280*1024 pixels, but if there's demand I will add different/lower resolutions as well. The wallpapers are quite simple in terms of design, but I went for the "less is more" approach, as I thought it'd be best to let the fantastic, original artworks (done by Duncan McLean) speak for themselves. Let me know what you think of the wallpapers either via e-mail or on the (criminally under-used) Message Board.

That's it from me for now. Until the next update ...

News Update - May 15, 2008

Fellow Kerovnians!

Andrew Weston has given me his kind permission to use an extensive article he has written for Qercus Magazine, dealing with the history of Magnetic Scrolls and their game versions for the Acorn Archimedes. It was first published in their issue number 284 and is © Acorn Publisher. Thanks to Andrew Weston and the editing team of Qercus Magazine for giving me their kind permission to post it on my site. Check it out, fellow Kerovnians - it's a darn good read!

In other news I have updated the News Archive. All the news from April 19, 2008 to May 14, 2008 can be found there.
